All framing and deck materials are hand-picked and delivered by RLK Builders, Inc. in our trucks. We take great care to respect your property and we do not leave materials piled in the driveway.

What is your payment schedule?

Payment schedules are based on the size and scope of each project. Your deposit will range between 10%-50% of the estimated cost, and the contract will outline the progress payment schedule after that.
